On arrival it was difficult to find the right block of Marina Real - specific instructions would have helped. Also, to be given 2 x keys at the beginning would have saved a trip up to the office, but not a big issue.

Unfortunately it´s not possible to leave 2 full sets of keys in the night safe as they don´t fit in the envelope ! A spare set is always available in the office.
We do our best to provide good directions but Marina Real is a bit of a maze and sometver más

The response to a few problems we had was unbelievably fast and was appreciated from Duquesa Estates.
