This is a beautiful apartment. So handy for everything, lovely bars restaurants so close by but ceramic not noisy at night. Beautiful views of the poet and the sea. Definitely recommend.

Also the staff of Duquesa Estates couldn't do enough for us if there was a problem. Very pleasant and helpful young men and women.

The entrance to the building is quite run down and in need of an upgrade. The apartment itself is well maintained. There is a central a/c system. The balcony overlooks the harbour and gets morning sun. The kitchen has basic cooking and dining supplies. The bedroom has a large double bed with good wardrobe space.

It’s a perfect location, with all the restaurants within the apartment block, and around the port.There’s a great supermarket Arkwright’s with loads of English products there’s a lift up to apartment on level one, hairdryer,towels,tea towels and a bover más
