From the 1st of June 2013 it is now law for property owners to have an energy efficiency certificate if they are advertising their property for sale or rental of over 4 months.

We have had word of people recommending our services for rentals and their friends have then stumbled upon websites who are advertising properties in Duquesa and have later encountered problems, these websites have obviously used similar colours and style to our website including similar photos leading to some confusion which questions the integrity of these websites.

Although this is the quietest time of the year for Duquesa it is also a good time for the local authorities to carry out maintenance and improvements to the area and this winter despite the continuing financial downturn it’s good to see that improvements have been made to the Castillo area of Duquesa.

Medieval Fair Castillo de la Duquesa

There will be a medieval fair in the Castillo area of Duquesa on the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st of August.

The market will kick off at 8.30pm on Thursday 18th August and will be open at 7pm the rest of the weekend.

Each town in Andalucia has an annual feria or fair which is a large travelling fair and an excellent way for residents to relax and party.

The Manilva feria is held each August lasting for 3 or 4 days with plenty of fairground rides and tents selling food and drinks, plenty of live music, flamenco dancers and fun for all the family, this year’s programme is as follows
