Traditionally furnished three bedroom apartment located on the fourth floor. The apartment has two bathrooms, is fully air conditioned with a fully fitted kitchen and large terrace with sea views. The terrace has dining furniture, sunbeds and also has glass curtains for the cooler months.
Located on the beachfront, the complex has four swimming pools, a small gym, padel tennis courts, underground parking, 24 hour security and is just a short stroll to the marina.

This apartment is in a great location.....central and close to all amenities, including the marina with its many bars and restaurants and right on the beach with amazing views of the sunrise. It over looks the 2 pools (with life guards) and well keptsee more
This apartment is in a great location.....central and close to all amenities, including the marina with its many bars and restaurants and right on the beach with amazing views of the sunrise. It over looks the 2 pools (with life guards) and well kept gardens. The living area is light and airy due to the L shaped balcony. Clean bathrooms with plenty of towels. The WiFi worked perfectly which is definitely a feat in Spain as other apartments that we have stayed in nearby were very hit and miss. The kitchen has everything needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Good size bedrooms with efficient aircon, and good wardrobe space. Duquesa estates were brilliant, answering any questions and queries quickly with a professional and friendly manner.

Very spacious and clean apartment with amazing sea view. Kitchen was well stocked with good appliances and a large amount of crockery and cutlery.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Perhaps a welcome book to advise where to leave the rubbish and nearest supermarket (we asked security) and comments from guests advising recommended good local restaurants and places to visit e.g
Sotogrande, Sabinillas.
