Three bedroom, third floor apartment with a large terrace with views of the swimming pool and sea. The apartment is well furnished, is fully air conditioned and has it's own dedicated wifi, two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. The terrace has dining furniture and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the views.
The apartment is located in a beachfront complex that has four swimming pools, a small gym, padel tennis courts, underground parking and is just a short stroll to the marina.

Nearly every year in the last 20 years I have used Duquesa Estates to book 3 apartments and 231 is always one of the best. No issues to report and the view is outstanding especially in the morning watching the sun rise. Also WIFI was excellent.
