Well furnished two bedroom corner apartment and come with wifi and air conditioning. The fully fitted kitchen and two full bathrooms with walk in showers have both recently been renovated in a clean, modern design. The spacious lounge has patio doors leading on to the balcony which is furnished with both dining furniture and casual seating. The balcony also has views of the gardens, pool and sea.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

Overall a wonderful holiday in Los Granados. We have noticed increases in cost of living making the holiday that bit more expense which would be a concern. While not part of your remit but if it could be fed back to local authorities - we felt the port area is a little tired looking and needs some injection of money -painting, pathways etc. Also the loss of the markets on Saturday evening was very disappointing, was always a highlight for us.

Loved the apartment,the complex and the location.
This was my sixth time to rent in the Duquesa area
and it was by far the best. Duquesa Estates are also
great to deal with and i would definitely return.
