The apartment is fully air conditioned and has wifi, master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower, family bathroom with bath, fully fitted kitchen and lounge with large patio doors leading on to the terrace.
The complex is located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.

Hi, the Apartment was in a lovely location with a beach view, the gardens are kept in an excellent condition with gardener's on site 5 days a week, the pool was beautiful, lovely and warm with a pleasant helpful life guard on site when open. We had asee more
Hi, the Apartment was in a lovely location with a beach view, the gardens are kept in an excellent condition with gardener's on site 5 days a week, the pool was beautiful, lovely and warm with a pleasant helpful life guard on site when open. We had an issue with the air-conditioning and on notifying Duquesa Estates the issue was dealt with immediately. We have been holidaying in Duquesa for over 20 years, we found Duquesa estates to be the the most pleasant, courteous and professional lettings agency in the area. We're looking forward to another stay at Los Granados in September with the help of John and the team.

As soon as we walked into the apartment we got the wow factor. The space the cleanliness and the view are second to none. On closer inspection some of the furniture is a little tired looking and needs a bit of TLC, but that does not take away the facsee more
As soon as we walked into the apartment we got the wow factor. The space the cleanliness and the view are second to none. On closer inspection some of the furniture is a little tired looking and needs a bit of TLC, but that does not take away the fact that this is a fantastic apartment. The location is perfect. Just outside the apartment are bars and restaurants in the Castillo area and I would highly recommend La Taberna 2, Just a 10 minute stroll and your in the Marina with loads of fantastic bars and restaurants. We will definitely be returning to apartment 1522 Los Granados. We had a perfect holiday.
