Well furnished two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with stunning direct views of the beach and sea. This first floor apartment is also fully air conditioned, with it's own WiFi connection, fully fitted kitchen and large lounge with patio doors leading onto the terrace with beach and sea views.
Located on the beachfront with a large lagoon style swimming pool set in spacious grounds. The complex also has underground parking, 24hr security and is a short walk along the beach to the fishing village of Castillo and Duquesa marina.
Communal facilities are subject to availability.

The apartment was very spacious and in such a lovely position on the seafront. It was our first visit to Duquesa and we absolutely loved it…we hope to return. The service provided by Duquesa Estates was helpful & efficient from start to finish & we see more

We have stayed twice at this apartment. The location is perfect, amazing sea views. So relaxing. The apartment is a very high standard and has everything you need. Los Granados itself is perfectly maintained with an excellent pool. We shall be back!

Excellently located apartment, with garage parking. Grounds and Pool area immaculately maintained and with secure gate out to beach area with two chiringuitas within 150 metres. Inside of apartment is spacious and provides all amenities required, Bedsee more
Excellently located apartment, with garage parking. Grounds and Pool area immaculately maintained and with secure gate out to beach area with two chiringuitas within 150 metres. Inside of apartment is spacious and provides all amenities required, Beds and furnishings are very comfortable. A Supermarket is 200 metres away (albeit across a busy road) but you can get all you need here if you don´t wish to travel further. A 2 minute walk takes you into the small ´El Castillo´ where there are at least 6 Bars and restaurants. A further 5 minutes walk into the Port of Duquesa with at least 20 more and other facilities such as a cash machine. On this walk (stretch of the Beach) there are 2 more chiringuitas which were our favourites. Both served really good fresh sea food. Easy pick up and return of Keys as Duquesa Estates office is 500 metres away where Tim, Vicky and team are always very helpful.

Most people travelling for this sort of holiday can probably nowadays get away with just the 10 Kg cabin luggage and so the addition of ´Beach Towels´ being available in the apartment would be a real plus point.

This particular apartment could be improved by a ´refresh´ of the cooking pans and utensils. What´s there is sufficient but the condition was a little worn - not a problem if you don´t intend to ´eat-in´. |
