The apartment comes with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, lounge / diner with patio doors leading to the terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a dining set and has views of the mountains and distant sea views.
The complex has a selection of communal pools, parking, 24 hour security and is a 15 minute walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and it's bars, restaurants and beaches.

This is the 3rd time we have booked through Duquesa and each time the booking has been so easy and the service very good, on this stay we were staying here for the 2nd part of a 2 week holiday so asked if possible to check in early, we were told it msee more
This is the 3rd time we have booked through Duquesa and each time the booking has been so easy and the service very good, on this stay we were staying here for the 2nd part of a 2 week holiday so asked if possible to check in early, we were told it may be possible but not guaranteed, on checking in with the office we were told the apartment was ready and not only that on checkout there was no one booked in so we could keep the apartment for the day, with us having a late flight this was so helpful, the place itself was very clean with amazing views, it's like having a home from home with all the amenities you need for a lovely stay, the pool area is kept lovely and plenty of beds and shaded area, will definitely book again.

We love this area and always stay on Coto Real. Very nice apartment with lovely views. About a 15 minute walk to the Port and a bit further to Sabinillas. Great restaurant choices in both. Beaches within 15/20 min walk.
