Description
Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in Coto Real. The apartment has it's own WiFi connection and is fully air conditioned, there is a fully fitted kitchen including utility room with washing machine and microwave and the large lounge has patio doors that lead directly onto the terrace. The covered terrace is a good size and has views to the sea and the countryside, it's furnished with table and chairs and sofas.
The complex has parking, 24 hour security, a selection of communal pools and a padel tennis court which is just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. The complex is a 15 minute walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and it's bars, restaurants and beaches.

The apartment was spacious, well presented, very well equipped and had beautiful views from the balcony. It was clean on arrival and there was everything you need for a restful stay. The pool is clean and quiet - we had it to ourselves most of the tisee more
The apartment was spacious, well presented, very well equipped and had beautiful views from the balcony. It was clean on arrival and there was everything you need for a restful stay. The pool is clean and quiet - we had it to ourselves most of the time. It’s close to Manilva town which is well worth a visit, and you can walk down to La Duquesa Marina in about 15 mins - perfect location. A taxi back from the marina is very easy and accessible and costs about 7-8 euros. We absolutely love it here and the staff in the office are extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
