This 3 bedroom duplex penthouse apartment is situated in the picturesque complex of Casares Green which offers a communal swimming pool. The apartment offers free WiFi and hot
and cold air conditioning throughout. This penthouse apartment is accessed by lift and is split over two levels. The living area is arranged over one floor and includes a spacious dining area. The lounge is furnished with a large L shaped sofa and a two seater sofa, there is also a 50¨Smart TV. The lounge opens out onto an east facing terrace equipped with table and chairs for al-fresco dining and a lounge sofa area. The separate kitchen is fully-equipped and has a separate utility room. On this floor you will find the first two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, fitted wardrobes and drawers and benefits from an en-suite shower room. The master bedroom also has access onto the terrace area. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and drawers and has use of the guest shower room.
Take the stairs to the top floor where you will find the third bedroom. This bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, drawers. This room has access to its own bathroom with bath and shower attachment. Just off the bedroom is the roof terrace, furnished with a dining table and chairs and 6 sun beds. There is also an awning available to escape the sun on the hotter days.

The location is perfect, situated in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood yet close to all the local attractions and conveniences. The 2 large terraces are perfect spots to enjoy morning coffee or relax in the evening with a glass of wine. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this holiday rental to anyone looking for a memorable stay. |
