Dear all, We are pleased to confirm that the Townhall has confirmed to us they have already granted a New Licence for the plot R4 to Aifos (according to the information we had from Quico last Nov'04, this should correspond to the apartments located in blocks: Madreselva, Azucena and Campanilla,) (this affects a lot of our clients), the Town Hall has also confirmed they have also applied for another licence for plot R1.

This is a translation of the letter
that Aifos have sent to all customers this week.
Dear people that bought in Hacienda Casares:
After a long administrative process we can now inform you that we have the building license for more than the 50% of all the apartments in the complex Hacienda Casares. The building work will start between December and January with the intention of finish the work in max. 22 months from the day we start. If you visit the site, you can see now that all the infrastructure work ( roads, water supply, electricity, telephone lines) are nearly finished just as is the golf course where 20 of the holes are now completed and the grass is growing on most of the course.
We are taking this opportunity
to inform you that the five star hotel is going to be part of the
Hyatt chain. The building license has been applied to start the building work as soon as possible.
We also want you to know that because of the long administrative process, we are trying to do our best to provide all the special conditions that Duquesa Estates needed for their customers who bought at Hacienda Casares.
In the meantime we request any customer that didn't pay the “letras” to do so as soon as possible

On September 28th 2004, Casares Town Hall approved the following building licenses for AIFOS
License 220/04 for 161 apartments, plot R-3.This includes the following blocks: DALIA, JAZMIN, GARDENIA, CALENDULA, LIRIO, CAMELIA
License 173/04 for 263 apartments, plot R-4. This includes blocks: MARGARITA, AZALEA, MIMOSA, PENSAMIENTO, GERANIO, LILA, AMAPOLA, HORTENSIA |
