Sorry for the delay in updates, things are progressing but extremely slowly I am hoping to send out a newsletter in the next week, License 2 seems to be moving forward and will probably be the first to be granted, full details will be in the next newsletter hopefully in the next week or so.
License 4 which covers Narcisco Oquidea and Magnolia has now been applied for.
If you are in license groups 1,2 and 4 Aifos are now asking that you arrange to have the snagging done, please contact us if you have not done so already. |

We informed everyone of this in our newsletter last week.
Today we have been informed that not only can the first license group now start to snag but that some of the later properties are now finished and snagging can start.

Now that Hacienda Casares is getting closer to completion we are going to send out a newsletter on a regular basis to our customers who bought at this location informing you of occupation licences, completion times, snagging procedures as well as information on possibilities of selling on before or after completion.
For customers who have bought as a holiday home or investment we will also pass on details of all the services you will be needing over the coming months including mortgages, air conditioning, furniture packs, rental options and property management.
We are aware that many more people purchased at Hacienda Casares via other agents who are either no longer around or are unable to help with information and that our website is the only source of information that they can access, feel free to subscribe and if you want to talk in person about the site or your property call us anytime. |
