You can do this by either filling in the availability request form or phone 0800 6521441 or (0034) 952 892 813, where a member of staff will be happy to help you with your enquiry. Accommodation can be booked from any day of the week and for any length of time.
Once you have found a property that you would like to book, we would require a deposit of 150€ payable by credit card or bank transfer. We will then send out confirmation with details of booking and due date for full payment.
This is usually made six weeks before arrival, if you require a hire car this will also be booked upon receiving final payment. Upon receipt of this we will send out confirmation of full payment together with maps of the coast and Duquesa, with directions from the airport straight down to our office. Keys can be accessed 24 hours a day 7 days a week
Upon your arrival you will need to pick up the keys from our office where someone will show you to your apartment. Key pick up is after 4pm, if you arrive out of office hours your keys will be left in the safe which is built into the wall of the office to the right of the main door, the security code will be sent to you along with your final payment confirmation. The keys and directions to your accommodation will be in an envelope with your name on it, there will also be an emergency number should you have any problems accessing the keys or locating your apartment
As per Spanish law you must complete a registration card upon arrival or within 48 hours of arrival at our office, you will need to provide us with a copy of your passport
When you are checking out you will need to drop the keys off at our office. Check out time is usually 10am. If the office is closed you can drop the keys through the letterbox
