Duquesa Estates formally Duquesa Property Services have been established since 1998 when we first bought our own apartment here in Duquesa.

We started off by stumbling across Duquesa on a day trip to Gibraltar and fell in love with the port and within 4 hours of arriving here we had made an offer on an apartment!  We  decided to rent this out but had trouble accommodating everyone who wanted to stay, being the helpful types we put people in contact with other owners and agents and without knowing or really trying this became a business which we operated from our then home in the UK and now from our Office in Duquesa.

We now offer over 200 apartments and townhouses making us by far the biggest agent of rental properties in this area.

We have learnt a lot over this time and give a service second to none and have had very few problems thanks to our team of people in Duquesa who work extremely hard to ensure everything runs smoothly.

If you hire a car from us you are met at the airport to ensure you are on your way as soon as possible.

The directions and map we send out are clear and will take you straight to Duquesa where you will pick up your key from our office you will then be taken to your accommodation and be shown around.
